Description: Right now 12/11 I came across an issue where after 7 days Stripe payments were not capturing for local pickup orders, and instead cancelling the payment automatically (Stripe functionality). I edited update_order_status as well as auto_capture so that ALL payments capture after 155 hours (6.5 days).

This is a test order I need to circle back to on 12/19 to make sure that when the buyer chooses "Item(s) Received" that the payment had already captured.
