Seller Guide

Effective Date: January 13, 2026
This guide helps you list accurately, ship safely, and get paid quickly. Buyers pay through Stripe; funds are held in escrow and are released when the buyer clicks Mark as Received. For carrier shipments, funds may auto-release within 72 hours after a Delivered scan if the buyer takes no action.

1) Create a High-Quality Listing

Title & details
  • Use clear, searchable titles (brand, part name, model numbers).
  • Describe condition honestly — wear, repairs, modifications, dyno hours, track time.
  • List what’s included (brackets, hardware, lines, sensors) and what’s not.
  • Disclose known defects — transparency reduces disputes.
Photos
  • Good lighting, multiple angles, close-ups of wear/labels/serials.
  • Include scale (ruler/tape) for dimensions when helpful.
  • Show included accessories and packaging if available.

2) Pricing & Shipping

3) Order Flow & Communication

4) Handling Issues the Right Way

Returns are only accepted for verified issue orders (wrong item shipped, significantly not as described, etc.). We do not accept returns for items that match the listing description and condition.

5) Getting Paid (Stripe Connect Express)
