Seller responsibility: Sellers are responsible for carefully packing and shipping to the order address with carrier + tracking, or for coordinating a safe Local Pickup handoff. Funds are released when the buyer clicks Mark as Received. For tracked shipments, funds may auto-release within 72 hours after the carrier shows Delivered if the buyer takes no action.

2) Carefully Pack the Item (for shipped orders)

General packing rules
  • Use a sturdy box sized for the part; avoid extra empty space.
  • Cushion with foam, bubble wrap, or dense fill. Heavier parts often need double-boxing.
  • Protect sharp edges/threads; cap openings and bag small hardware.
  • Include all parts/accessories shown in the listing.
  • Seal with strong packing tape on all seams.
Heavy/odd-shaped parts
  • Consider wood reinforcement or edge guards for suspension/brake components.
  • Use banding/straps if needed to prevent movement inside the box.
  • For very large items, consider a padded crate or professional pack/ship service.
Fluids & hazmat
  • Drain all fluids. Most carriers restrict liquids, fuel, oils, and chemicals.
  • Remove batteries or ship per carrier hazmat rules (if allowed).
  • It’s your responsibility to comply with carrier/regulatory restrictions.

The buyer pays the shipping amount you set on the listing. You purchase the label and ship.

Local Pickup orders?

No carrier or tracking required; coordinate a safe handoff with the buyer and ask them to click Mark as Received after pickup.

When do I get paid?

When the buyer clicks Mark as Received; for tracked shipments, funds may auto-release 72 hours after Delivered if no action is taken.

Bad address?

Ship only to the order address. If the buyer needs a change, cancel and re-order.
